The wine

Lampyres Contre-Attaque! This cuvée is a true delight, a convivial wine that we love to share. A natural wine as we like it, straightforward and easy to digest, where the Mouvèdre grape expresses itself with freshness and delicacy. An infusion to bring out the aromas, without extracting too much tannin. We want the counter-attack to be fluid, supple and Jedi-like. The result is great, driven by the terroir of Espira de l'Agly and the unparalleled talent of François-Xavier Dauré. The only flaw is that the bottle is really too small for this kind of pure juice!

The estate

François-Xavier Dauré took over his father's 9 hectares of vines at the 2015 harvest, after a number of successful experiences at other estates producing natural wines in Roussillon. His time with the Danjou brothers left an indelible mark on him, and it's in this spirit and philosophy that he throws himself body and soul into his work. The road he has travelled since then has led him to produce excellent wines that I particularly like. Wines that are sincere, that we like to share, while at the same time remaking the world. Wines that bind the terroir to the taster, through hard work and conviction. As for the rest, as he says: "The truth is in the glass.
